I am a local chef exploring a partnership with Despacito and will be serving out of the restaurant Tuesday 10/10. Address is 294 North Winooski Avenue on the side facing Archibald Street. Come in any time between 5 and 9:30 PM. I will be serving some Iranian dishes as well as well as some salads, hummus, and tofu+seitan dishes. I'm excited to share some vegetarian and vegan approaches of cooking my ancestral dishes.
