This gentle yoga class will offer you an opportunity to slow down, quiet the mind, and connect more closely to you.

All are encouraged to come, no yoga experience needed.

Please bring a yoga mat and a blanket that would comfortably cover your body.
Suggested donation $10-20

Class will take place each evening in October at the Montgomery Grange (Town Hall)
