I join this run not because I can, but for those who can't. 11k, 5k, 1k, adults, kids, run, jog, walk, or even with a 35 lb pack for the foolhardy (?) (it's rough on your knees!!) ;) Proceeds go to the VT National Guard Charitable Foundation.
