The Underhill Central School Board will have a special meeting 27Aug. beginning at 6:30 at the school. The meeting is to hear a report from the administration on possible physical changes in the building to make it a more safe place to work and learn. A representative of Black River Design will present.
This is in response to the Board request in Janurary for recommendations following the school shooting in Sandy Hook, CT in December. It is anticipated that there will be a recommentation to the community in the next few months.
The next regular board meeting will be 10Sept, 6:30 at the school.
All UCS community members are welcome to attend both meetings.
