In the Deep that is within and the Mystery that surrounds, lies great healing, love, and insight. In this two-weekend workshop, we will explore the elements of journeying that are common to shamanic and indigenous traditions around the world; experience the healing and wisdom that comes through sound, dance, and ritual; learn how to journey for ourselves, our loved ones, and our communities; learn how to explore and interpret dreams; journey to meet our spirit helpers in the lower, middle and upper worlds, and grow together in knowledge and community.

Good food, lovely beverages, an urban fire circle, and lots of support and laughter included.

We will meet in Montpelier, VT for two consecutive weekends. Space is limited to 10 participants.
