We are so excited to announce that after three years of not having our 44 Door Knock due to Covid restrictions; we will be trick or treating again this year!
I am looking for help from our community to make Mayo Residential Care's "44 Door Knock" possible again. As most of you already know, Mayo Residential Care has been hosting the "44 Door Knock" for several years with much success. Thanks to all of you!
Year after year, the local children come into Mayo Residential Care to trick or treat our 44 residents. Our residents love to see the children every year dressed up as princesses, ghost and goblins. The response from the children and the parents has been extremely positive. Mayo Residential Care offers a safe and warm handicap accessible environment for children to come to trick or treat.
This is a huge project to take on and requires much support from the community. If you would like to help keep this event going, please donate either candy or money for the purchase of candy to: Vicki Slocum, Activities Director, Mayo Residential Care, 610 Water Street, Northfield, Vermont, 05663. If writing a check, please make payable to Mayo Residential Care Activity Fund, and note "44 Door Knock" in the memo.
