Governor Phil Scott signed the Housing Opportunities Made for Everyone (HOME) Act 47 (S.100) on June 5, 2023. This Act amends the Planning & Development statute, Act 250, and other laws to enable new opportunities for housing development within state, regional, and local planning and development regulations.

Logan Solomon is the new town planner for the Rutland Regional Planning Commission and he has been leading the S.100 discussion for Rutland county. He is coming to visit us on Tuesday, October 3 at 6:45 to give us an overview of the new Act and to answer our questions.
