The Fall Rummage Sale, put on by the Ladies of the United Church of Fairfax, is this Friday, October 6th from 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm and this Saturday, October 7th from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. The sale will be held at the Fairfax Community Center, 1210 Main Street. (The building with the large white pillars on Route 104 in Fairfax. ) Clean clothes, books, toys, white elephants and a treasure or two. Bargains galore!!! Saturday is the bag sale ALL DAY. Everything you can stuff into a small grocery bag for $1 or into a kitchen garbage for $3! Proceeds from the sale support the missions of the United Church of Fairfax.
