Yoga & Ayurveda for Seasonal Balance Workshop

Past event
Oct 15, 2023, 4:30 to 6 PM

Every year nature astounds me in the way she gracefully transitions from summer to fall. I'm in awe of the way the trees let go of their leaves with such grace and trust that they will bloom again in the spring. All around us, beings are preparing to ground, and are showing us the way to make this transition. We humans are also nature, and when we align ourselves to the natural rhythm of the seasons, we thrive.

It is common for people to struggle a bit with this fall transition, which shows up as:
- seasonal allergies
- a flare-up of back pain
- trouble sleeping
- anxiety
- constipation
- dry skin

The good news is, your body has a blueprint, just like the trees, and you can learn to listen to your natural intelligence and create the conditions you need in your life to thrive in each season. If you are curious about how to align your life and your practice with the rhythms of nature, please join me in this special fall workshop using the principles of Ayurveda and Yoga to promote seasonal balance. This workshop is offered online and you can register at the link below.

If you are looking for more support with staying grounded this fall, I also offer a membership program that includes twice weekly yoga classes that harmonize with the season and nourishing workshops to support grounding and teach you essential strategies for seasonal balance. Access to the Fall Yoga & Ayurveda for Seasonal Balance workshop is included in the membership. Drop-ins are also welcome for all offerings. Please reach out with any questions or visit www.lotusvt.com.
