Welcome to October, everyone! A reminder that there will be a Blackfly Story Hour on Friday, October 13 (spooky!) starting at 7:30 pm at the Hardwick Town House.

The theme is "spirits", which can be interpreted every which way. Have a five minute story you'd like to share? Then come! We need storytellers! There are a lot of listeners out there, as good stoic Vermonters tend to be, but there isn't much to listen to without some tellers. That said, to sweeten the deal, I've resorted to bribery. Anyone who tells a story will be entered to win a $25 gift certificate to a local Hardwick business which I will raffle off that very evening.

Also, mark you calendars, because GAME NIGHT IS BACK! This super fun collaboration with Front Seat Coffee and Birdsong Beer and Wine gives you the chance to connect with friends old and new over a board game. There will be an assortment of games on hand, or BYOG, with libations available for purchase from Birdsong.
