New Tradition Farm is moving its salad-growing wizardry from Richmond to Huntington. As a token of our gratitude to the Richmond community for being so darn awesome, we invite you to our Watermelon Tasting Party at the Volunteers Green this Sunday, October 1, from 12-2pm.
I started an experimental watermelon breeding project this season, and I need help saving the seeds of 50ish watermelons. So come, taste, and spit out the seeds to be planted again next season! Consider it the tastiest form of citizen science! You can read more about this project in our newsletter at this link:
