Appalachian Gap Distillery will be releasing its much anticipated bourbon this Saturday, September 30th from 12pm to 6pm. The country's first Climate Neutral certified distillery is thrilled to be releasing its 4-yr aged bourbon and will be preparing craft cocktails to feature alongside fare from local BBQ pit master DeMetris Reed, Jr. Live music from Middlebury College student band Soop Spoon (12-2) and Carl Anton (2-5)!
