The Yellow House Community (YHC) is a State licensed Therapeutic Community Residence located at 29 Seminary Street in downtown Middlebury. At YHC, we provide residential support to young adults ("Friends") with intellectual and developmental disabilities in two beautiful homes. We are looking to hire a couple of additional team players who are patient, reliable, and love to have FUN for the following roles:
* DAYTIME SIDEKICK (FT/PT; Shift hours: 7am – 3pm)
* EVENING SIDEKICK (FT/PT; Shift hours: 3pm – 9pm)
* OVERNIGHT SIDEKICK (PT; Shift hours: 9pm – 7:15am)
$18-23/HR - FLEXIBLE SCHEDULING – PAID TRAINING - PTO - RETIREMENT
