The Wallingford Town Hall Concert Series will continue the fall concert series with The Survivors, a Wallingford based four-piece band of long-time musicians. The Survivors musical genre is tough to define - a typical set will include a blend of oldies from artists like Elvis Presley and feature great 1960s hits like California Dreaming while mixing in classic rock favorites from Journey and Heart. The Survivors perform songs thru the decades with a variety of musical styles, including today's country hits like Buy Dirt from Jordan Davis and Luke Bryan. The band also includes a sprinkling of original songs along the way. The group consists of "Billie" Jones on keyboards, Bruce Duchesne on guitar, Lou McNally on bass, and Greg Coolidge on drums, with all the band supplying vocals and harmonies.
All concerts start at 7:00 p.m. with suggested donations of $15 per person with proceeds going to performers. Please support local live music and mark your calendar for The Survivors on October 11.
