Do you struggle with back pain or stiffness? It's common to find relief through strengthening, stretching, or massage; but unfortunately, the pain or stiffness often returns. If you're struggling with recurring or chronic issues, self-care is crucial, because no one can fix your spine for you. In this class, you'll learn a multi-faceted approach to improving your spinal health. The class is suitable for people of all ages and abilities. Taught by Rob Lamprey, Certified Stretch Coach, RYT 500 Yoga Instructor, Certified Breath Coach, and Approved Meditation Instructor.

Science Of StretchingTM is a targeted mobility training method that helps greatly with stiff backs, locked-up hips, tight shoulders, and tight hamstrings. This work typically begins to deliver results in flexibility fairly quickly. It is based on learning to relax through a special breathing technique that relaxes our nervous systems and through holding the stretches for extended periods, known as "time under passive tension." People of all levels of fitness and abilities, ages 14 to 84, will find benefit. This targeted five-week series will focus on BACK HEALTH.
