A seamless hour of introspection and meditation provided by Kate Graves and I using various percussion and vibrational modes: Native American frame drum and Udu Drum for grounding, Steel Tongue Drum and Djembe for fire, Crystal Singing Bowls for deep relaxation, Chimes, Koshi bells, and tuning forks for sparkling energy in the Crown, Ocean drum to come back from the journey to where we began.
