Here are the zoom link and agenda for the Newfane Planning Commission's regular meeting this Thurs. September 28, at 6 p.m., if you'd like to join us. You can also attend in person at the Newfane Town Office.
We will be joined this week by the Windham Regional Commission's Sue Westa and Mike McConnell to discuss housing in Newfane and potential modifications to our Zoning Bylaw to facilitate housing availability. Newfane's work with the WRC is supported a Bylaw Modernization Grant focused on housing access.
We'd love to have more community participation and input in the process and hope you will join us.
