The Draft Animal-Power Field Days is an annual educational event focused on - you guessed it - draft animals. There will be hands on workshops, demonstrations of all sorts, tours of live power farming and forestry jobs, the chance to meet professionals working in the field, and more. This year our event will be held at the Breeding Barn at Shelburne Farms from Friday September 29th until Sunday October 1st. This event is for all levels of skill and experience.

On Saturday 9/30 there will be free admission for students (and their chaperones) from Caledonia, Lamoille, and Orleans counties through a generous grant from the Vermont Community Foundation.
