For their fall production, Guilford Center Stage presents a program of seasonally-appropriate original plays and creepy classics. Guilford playwright, Michael Nethercott, directs the program, which includes several of his short plays, along with poems, songs, and monologues by Poe, Frost, Dickinson, and Shakespeare, among others.
A cast of 15 area actors is featured on the 130-year-old stage at the fully renovated Community Center, which is now completely ADA-accessible: there is a paved parking area, including designated accessible spaces, a ramp into the building, ADA-compliant restrooms on that level, and an elevator to the second floor theater space.
Cash and checks (payable to "Broad Brook Grange") are welcome at the door for the $13 admission price. For an extra fee, tickets may be purchased online at Brown Paper Tickets (bpt.me/6072501) and also at the door using a smartphone, charged to your credit card or PayPal.
This is the eleventh production of Guilford Center Stage, a project of Broad Brook Grange, resident at the Community Center. The twice-a-year productions often feature work by Vermont, and Guilford, playwrights, plays with a rural setting, premieres, and little-known works from the past.
