Approve Minutes from the September 11 meeting.

6:10 P.M. Library Trustees – announcing an event "Connect With Your Legislators" Oct. 4 at 5 PM - dinner included – at the school gym.

6:15 P.M. Town Clerk's Report
Status of damage estimates for Town Office;
Possible need to replace elevator

6:25 P.M. Town Treasurer's Report
Need board approval to abate taxes on two town-owned properties.

6:35 P.M. Sign "Right of Entry" for Vtrans culvert project (temporary road) to be constructed on town land.

Sign Amendment to State of Vermont Grant Agreement – FY 23 Grants in Aid – extension to Sept. 30, 2024 (Michael Gray)

Status of the Rt 14 Culvert Replacement – will be advertised at the end of this week possible start date will now be mid-October if all goes well.

6:40 P.M. Local Hazard Mitigation Plan – an update/renewal is due early in 2024 and is "necessary for any FEMA aid" Michael Gray – Would the Planning Commission be willing to take this on? Also – Planning Commission has two seats open due to resignations.

6:50 P.M. Road Commissioner's Report – Alfie Larrabee
Including – report of rail-trail damage; discussion of how to present to FEMA and how to prioritize
Old Quarry Road improvements, and possible added clearing of two short town roads at the top
Should we inventory other Class 4 roads so we don't get any surprises after the FEMA window closes?

7:00 P.M. Recovery Officer's Report – Skip Lindsay –
Including - discussion of the Town Hall foundation flooding damage – FEMA? also whether the clean up of the north Town Park should be a FEMA project or can it just be done?

7:15 P.M. Emergency Management Director's Report – Norman Etkind
Including – radio antenna for Library Building ; Other possible funding sources for longer-term mitigation projects

7:30 P.M. Nichols Dam Road – Any news? Next steps?

7:35 P.M. Executive Session – potential litigation [I V.S.A. 313(a)(1)(E)]
