Join us this Saturday (9/23) for opening weekend at Woodman Hill Orchard!
We'll be picking McIntosh, Cortland and some early Liberty and Macoun apples. Those varieties will be available pre-picked at the stand as well, alongside a small amount of Anjou pears.
Pre-picked utility and cider apples will also be available. These apples sustained some degree of surface damage from the freeze but are suitable for baking, applesauce and/or pressing for cider. Prices for utility and cider apples may vary depending on volume, so individuals purchasing large amounts may get a serious bargain on their per-bushel price.
Unfortunately, we spent most of last week recovering from COVID which left us limited time to prep for our opening weekend. Fresh pressed cider, orchard-made jelly, and local syrup & honey are waiting for you at our farm stand. Please see our website and FB for updates on the availability of donuts/baked goods, details about our apples and our seasonal hours going forward.
