Hello there! Allow me to introduce myself. I'm Meg, a mom, wife, sister, daughter, friend, and coach. Through my continued wellness journey, I've discovered the power of taking charge of my fitness, dietary choices, and overall lifestyle in a sustainable manner, leading to improved sleep quality and boundless daytime energy. With an interesting background in dance - clogging, hip hop & jazz, a yoga enthusiast, hiker & mountain biker, I've always embraced an active lifestyle. Additionally, I have a genuine passion for culinary exploration, experimenting with recipes, and spending time in the kitchen!
Although I've had a deep-rooted passion for health, wellness, and fitness, I've struggled with the challenge of balancing these aspects. I wasn't consistent with workouts, often engaged in speed dieting (which led to severe food intolerances & required surgery), and yearned to sidestep those dreaded afternoon energy slumps and late-night sugar cravings. In 2022, I discovered FASTer Way to Fat Loss, where I was finally able to piece together the lifestyle I'd been dreaming of! Now, I am thrilled to embark on this new venture, a community where I can assist YOU in discovering the missing puzzle pieces in your life to enhance your sleep quality, energy levels, and overall well-being. As a dedicated coach with FASTer Way to Fat loss, I will be offering ongoing 6-week sessions designed to guide and support you through this incredible program.
The FASTer Way is a six week comprehensive fitness + nutrition program focused on four nutrition fundamentals: intermittent fasting, whole food nutrition, carb cycling, and macro tracking!
Six week rounds include: state of the art app which holds our weekly workouts (30 mins or less with gym/at home versions available), weekly meal guides (vegan/veg available), water and food trackers, 1:1 coaching, and a community of folks for accountability, support, and guidance.
