Given the urgent nature of concerns raised by the public, the City Administration think that it is imperative to schedule a forum on the future of the Montpelier Senior Activity Center (MSAC). This briefing will include a presentation by City Manager Bill Fraser and an opportunity for the public to ask questions following the brief presentation.
