Join us for a flavorful journey through the ages, exploring the world of culinary herbs and spices from ancient times to today.
Ben, from Claremont Spice & Dry Goods, will speak at the Springfield Town Library on Monday, October 9th at 6 PM. He will talk about a selection of culinary herbs and their cultural evolution and adaption to our current gardens. He will also provide a sample of goat cheese paired with herbs and crackers and lead a discussion of both gardened and wild foraged herbs.
