On Friday the 22nd at 6pm all are welcome to a free public wellness event and film, on stress and trauma, and more importantly what we can do about it. Discover how the new science of Epigenetics can empower us to heal ourselves, our families, and our communities.
Film screening, discussion, and demonstration of somatic skills by Kimberly Pierce, a medical provider that has been translating the neuroscience of trauma into possibilities for over a decade.
Her documentary film, "The Faces of ACE's" ( Adverse Childhood Experiences ) is locally produced and features real stories of healing.
Light refreshments will be provided.
