Learn pasta-making from a pro at the Moon & Stars Community Kitchen in downtown South Royalton! Unleash your inner chef and help support the White River Land Collaborative, a women-led land access project for young and beginning farmers in Tunbridge, VT.
The workshop will start with a private screening of 'A Seed for the Future'—a 15 minute documentary about the White River Land Collaborative that showcases the achievements, challenges, and aspirations of this community-driven initiative for farmland access, and why it matters in Vermont and beyond.
Next up is pasta palooza. This hands-on workshop will guide you through the secrets of making amazing pasta dishes from scratch. Whether you are a seasoned cook or a complete beginner, this workshop will be fun and informative. Each class is available to the first 12 who sign up!
