Suzy Pence and Terry Donahue are offering a 60 minute sound healing/gong bath class designed to soothe the spirit and promote self-healing. The class will include breathing techniques, guided meditation and a gong/sound bath. Participants will be in savasana pose with props to promote comfort. Sound healing is designed to release stress and anxiety, increase mental clarity and deeper your inner peace and balance. There is a $25.00 fee. Preregistration required.
