Youth sport specialization is becoming increasingly common. Is this in the child's best interest? When is too soon to focus on one sport?

In this free, interactive workshop, Health Coach Steve Fuchs will help you weigh the pros and cons of concentrating on one sport vs. multiple sports.

For:
Parents of kids any age... attend with or without your athlete and bring the information home
Youth athletes, ages 13–24 can attend also (novice to serious athletes)
