A workshop with Kate Camilletti, teacher, farmer, and artist. Kate explores dyeing local wool with cultivated and foraged plant material she gathers on the farm she shares with her family, High Ledge Farm.

Participants will examine the anatomy of flowers , discuss how pollinators interact with flowers, learn to prepare dyes from flowers and to batik by applying the wax to a swatch of watercolor paper and a piece of cloth. The workshop will be at the artist's studio.
