SAVE THE DATE! The Friends of Stowe Jackson Arena (FOSJA) invite all adult hockey players to the third annual Don Post Memorial Co-Ed Hockey Tournament. Registration is now open via the Town of Stowe's website: https://secure.rec1.com/VT/stowe-vt/catalog.

This one-day tournament is a fundraiser to continue Don's support for Stowe Youth Hockey scholarships and other Stowe Arena programs. Cost to play is $75 for players but goalies are free.

This year's tournament will be held on Saturday, October 14th from 8am-5pm. We are planning to have 4-6 teams comprised of 13 players and one goalie. Each team will play one game in the morning and one game in the afternoon. Registrations are due by Friday, October 6th and team assignments will be announced on Tuesday, October 10th.

Tournament Info/Rules:
Teams will be formed based on player skill level, the same as the Hyde Cup. Players will be contacted by via email to receive their team assignment and game times. Games will consist of two 25-minute running time periods. Players will only be permitted to score one goal per game. Slap shots and checking are not allowed but in honor of Postie hanging by the blue line will be encouraged.

NOTE: The Friends of Stowe Jackson Arena is a 501(c)(3) organization and all donations are tax deductible to the full extent allowed by law.
