If you have a kayak and some energy, you can use both to pull up this invasive aquatic plant from a popular fishing spot just north of Bellows Falls. This plant can choke entire waterways!

Volunteers will meet this Friday, September 15 at 10am at the Joy Wah parking lot (287 Rockingham Rd, Bellows Falls, VT 05101) to prepare for launching. Organizers recommend bringing a PFD, sunscreen, snacks, water, and a towel.

There will be a similar event at the same place & time next Saturday, September 23rd.
