On September 21st, The Sable Project will host our first Delectable Dinner!

Inspired by the name of the mountain range we see from our kitchen (The Delectables), you are invited to come enjoy a delicious farm-to-table menu created by the Sable/Fat Dragon Farm team. While eating some lovely food, meet and chat with other members of our community! All proceeds from this fundraiser dinner will support further Performing Arts programming at Sable!

We are celebrating Sable's 10th Season this year! We are delighted that our residency programming continues to provide space and time for artists to create in such a beautiful place. As we have grown, we have also sensed the need in our local community for gatherings centered around good food and entertaining experiences. This year, we took the next step towards this goal and created a Performing Arts Series, inviting both Sable alumni and local artists (Bow Thayer, Tony Bednar and more!) to headline our Food & Art Fridays. Despite record-breaking amounts of rain this summer, we are thrilled to report that the series has been quite a success, and we can't wait to continue to see how it grows and unfolds in the future.
