Restorative yoga is a relaxing, low/gentle-movement practice where we work to restore balance to our nervous system through guided meditation and guided breathwork while embracing stillness and relaxation in poses using the support of props. It helps to relieve stress, aids in better sleep and immune function, and can be essential to our well-being while navigating the overwhelming demands we place on our nervous system.
All props are provided (blocks, blankets, bolsters, straps, massage balls). Please bring your own mat.
