The East Montpelier Trail Board is in the process of building a new trail segment that will connect the Mallory Brook Trail to the Bobolink Farm on Town Hill Rd. Completing this new segment will make the trail system very close to linking the town from south to north by trail and also link to U32 High School and the Cross Vermont Trail.
We are looking for volunteers to help build the trail on the next two Saturdays - September 16th & 23rd. This is fairly strenuous work, hoeing and raking the trail surface. Work will begin at 8:00 and continue until noon, You can drop in whenever is convenient and work as long as you like.
