3. APPLICATION REGARDING SOLAR FACILITY AT VERMONT TEDDY BEAR (per schedule of Selectboard)
· 150kW "net metered" photovoltaic array subject to review by the Vermont Public Service Board
4. DRAFT FORM BASED ZONING PROPOSAL (per schedule of Selectboard)
· Status of project being carried out to implement recommendations of “A Vision for 7” and “Route 7 Pilot Project” reports
5. DRAFT REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) (per schedule of Selectboard)
· Status of proposal for a “Development Scenario Analytical Tool” that could be used to evaluate possible changes to Sewer Service Area.
6. ADJOURNMENT (Following the completion of item 5 or upon loss of quorum)
