Hi neighbors, I wanted to share that my friend Rain's lovely and welcoming meditation group is re-starting at the Charlotte Library THIS Saturday, Sept 16. We meet from 9-10am (an hour before the library officially opens).

Rain has deep experience leading and facilitating mediation groups, and she is a poetry lover so she usually shares a poem. There is often a gentle prompt and some group sharing. There will be pillows and blankets provided to make yourself comfortable, or bring your own.
