Hello neighbors, and Caroline Street folks in particular. I'm writing with an update on the rescheduled Caroline Street block party. As you probably saw, the organizers canceled the original date (this past Sunday) due to rain. We've rescheduled for this coming Sunday, September 17 from 4 to 7 PM.

We are very much aware that this overlaps with the Jewish New Year, and apologize in advance to our neighbors for whom this is a conflict. In the end, the forecast for sunny weather this coming weekend carried the day. Given how much rain we've had this year, we felt we had to take advantage of this window of likely good weather, as we may not get another before things get too chilly.

Please bring a dish to share, with a description/ingredients list for allergy reasons, along with plates/dinnerware for you and yours. If you have a folding table and/or chairs, feel free to bring it. We'll set up in front of the Wood-Lewis house, as usual.
