Come play with us each Monday after school in a Theater Process Club as we tell some "Just So Stories" through acting, movement, and visual arts. How did the Camel get his Hump or the Whale his Throat? Tell these and other stories with drama. This club will meet each Monday for 9 weeks and culminate in an afternoon of storytelling performance. Please note, the club will not met on Monday, October 9th in honor of Indigenous People's Day.
Shannon Rossi will facilitate the club. She has been working professionally in the theater for over 30 yrs and has held many positions including Producer, Director, Choreographer, Stage Manager, Actor and Designer and has worked in New York and various professional theaters throughout New England. In addition to the creative work she has taught theater to ages K-12 and Theater Management at the College level. Shannon is currently finishing up another season at the Dorset Theatre Festival and has begun developing Turning Leaf Theatre Company, a new venture that will be dedicated to learning all aspects of the production process. Sharing her experience and passion for the theatre is the greatest gift.
