The Friends of Calais will be hosting a Welcome Back BBQ on September 21st, rain or shine immediately after the Calais Elementary School Open House (Open House will start at 5:30pm).

• We are excited to welcome all Calais community members and look forward to celebrating a prosperous new school year for all.

• The Friends of Calais will provide grilled hamburgers, veggie burgers, hot dogs and drinks. Please bring a side dish to share.

The Friends of Calais is a non-profit organization that was formed to celebrate the uniqueness of each of our hamlets and to link community members with traditions, interests and each other. We are eager to discuss our ideas and plans for the Calais Community and welcome anyone who would like to join us at our monthly meetings on the second Thursday of each month at the Calais Town Hall from 5:30-7 pm.
