If so, then this class is for YOU! Starting September 16th, join us Saturdays 10:15 am for Yoga 101 for Beginners.

This class will take you through the basics, step by step, at your own pace. No need to book ahead, just show up a few minutes early and we will get you set up.

See you on the mat! (we have plenty of mats but feel free to bring your own if you have one.)
