Christine Terramane, Springfield's Eureka Organic Farm expert herbalist, will share how to harvest thyme, oregano, and catmint and how to store and dry them. She will also talk about how to cook with fresh and dried herbs, and how to use these specific herbs in a home apothecary setting for yourself and your family.

You'll have the opportunity to ask questions, gain valuable insights, and even get your hands dirty as we venture into the Springfield Town Library's garden to harvest fresh herbs together.
