Who isn't concerned about the housing crisis in Moretown?

* Properties are priced out of reach for most folks
* So few options available - where's the rentals?
* 2nd home buyers leaving less for residents
* Short Term rentals such as VRBOs and AirBNBs
* Where is there land we can develop?
* Awareness about flood plain development

The Moretown Dems are holding their reorg meeting. Join the committee/club and you can help us vote for our officers or just hang out until that part of the business meeting is done and we'll jump right into the meat of the discussion on housing.
