Next up in Food & Art Fridays, Tony Bednar returns to Sable to facilitate a meditative sound bath for all of us. With a variety of instruments, he creates an immersive sonic experience that is accompanied by the crickets, birds, and sounds of the woods. We encourage folks to get comfortable on blankets in the amphitheater and will have yoga mats set up on stage for folks to lie on. Getting up close is highly recommended - the acoustics are quite good under the tin roof!
We will also have our FINAL works-in-progress showings of the season, from our September cohort of resident artists.
