Kate Graves and Jack Venooker of Stowe Sound Immersion, will lead us through an hour of peace, meditation and inner exploration using a variety of instruments. They use Crystal Singing Bowls, various drums and percussion, a variety of chimes, rattles, Koshi Bells, tuning forks and Tibetan Singing Bowls to bring you to a place of deep pleasure and enjoyment. Kate and Jack are seamless, transitioning from one chakra to the next in a fluid and joyful way. Let your body and mind relax and be nourished.
