The Winooski School District and The Flynn are thrilled to bring Playing Fields to Winooski Middle High School. This year, 12-foot tall, luminous horses light up your fields and joust, dance, and play with the audience to bring a whimsical and surprising back-to-school celebration to the school district and surrounding community. Bring your friends, family, and neighbors to come play with us on Friday, September 8th at 6:30pm.

The event is free and there is plenty of space for everyone. You may arrive any time after 6pm, the performance starts at 6:30pm on the soccer field behind the school, 60 Normand Street, Winooski, VT 05404. Blankets and chairs are encouraged and welcomed. No food will be provided but feel free to bring food from the outside - please carry in and carry out. There are restrooms in the field house as there are for sports games and there is free parking in the school lots. The performance will take place in light rain and drizzle. If it's pouring, the performance will move inside to the New Gym. There will be no food or lawn chairs allowed in the gym.

You can't bring: pets, glass containers, beach umbrella, alcoholic beverages, firearms, tools including knives, professional audio, photography and video equipment, pop-up tents, and drones. Reminder, there is no smoking on school property.
