The Montpelier Roxbury board of school directors meets on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month. Please note the special start time for this week's meeting - 4:30 - as part of this meeting is a continuation of the board's summer retreat work, postponed by the July flooding.

At this meeting, the board will: appoint a new member to fill a vacancy on the board; discuss beginning a process to assess the future of district facilities; discuss pausing the project to upgrade the track at the high school; and set goals for the district within our three priorities of Closing the Academic Gap, Belonging and Safety and Wellness, and Community Engagement. We will also monitor compliance with two district policies - Substitute Teachers and the District Budget.

The beginning of the meeting - at 4:30 this week! - is reserved for public comment. If you are able to make the meeting to let us know what is working and what needs improvement, please do so!
