1. Minutes of the August 19, 2014 meeting
2. Katherine Riley: conditional use for replacement of a non-complying structure. Property location: 452 Southwest Shore Road in the Shoreline District. Proposal is to replace an existing single-story, two-bedroom home with a new, 2-story home. The new structure is proposed with a smaller footprint than the existing non-complying structure, and will require no additional water/wastewater accommodations.
3. Cheese Plant - Catamount/Malone (Redstone): Conditional use and site plan review. Property location: 10516 Route 116 in the Industrial 3 District. Proposal is for a new fitness center use in the existing building (portion with overhead doors) and an expansion of VT Smoke and Cure within the existing building (more space, more employees). Site plan changes include additional parking, landscaping, lighting.
