Please join us Wednesday evening for a brief sitting meditation followed by a Dharma Talk given by Eisho Sinclair at Bread Loaf Mountain Zen Community. Eisho is a Dharma Holder (hoshi) and senior practitioner at BLMZC and hails from the UK. He has worked for many years with various prison populations as both Chaplain and minister. All are welcome with no prior meditation experience needed. The event is free, however we appreciate donations that support our life and community-building project, Gather.
