Are you ready to quit, but not sure how to get started? Our Blueprint for Health Community Health Team is offering a FREE 4-week group tobacco cessation in-person program in Middlebury. The program follows the American Cancer Society's Freshstart program and is led by a Tobacco Treatment Specialist. In this workshop you will have help preparing a quit plan, identifying and obtaining free nicotine replacement products, and learning the tools to staying tobacco free.
