With new legacy-planning programming available in Vermont, this will be an opportunity to learn about upcoming events and support available to landowners for Forestland Transfer Planning. This walk will also focus on diverse management goals on the property, including: maple syrup production, timber production, wildlife habitat, water quality and flood mitigation, recreation and hunting, biodiversity, and carbon storage.
The walk will last around two hours on easy to moderate trails. Please plan for uneven and wet terrain, and use precautions to protect against ticks.
